One of tis last outings for poor Kay Kendell, She suffered from Leukemia but he Husband Rex Harrison who had left his wife to marry her after he found out from a doctor she had the condition never let her know her time as finite and gave her the last loveing years of her Life, I didnt know much about Leukemia until my Mother died of it in 2014 , its a horrible painful way to die I cant image how Rex Harrison Back in 1957 kept it from her by saying it was a dietary issue , Now every year around march i do the Worlds greatest Shave and have all my hair cut off , I do it every year now so I always sadly remember this film about that time.
Not Your average style musical by any means ,
